SHIPPING POLICY

General Shipping Information

All merchandise offered is shipped to you directly from our warehouse, and most orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will also receive an email with your tracking information (when available) after your order has shipped. You may cancel your order as long as your merchandise has not been shipped. Please email us at info@FatPatsShakers.com to verify whether your order has been shipped.   • Delivery
    Upon delivery, please count and inspect all cartons. Take photos of any imperfections due to shipping. There could be concealed damage or shortage. If the damage and/or shortage is not noted within 24 hours, a claim will not be paid.

  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
    Most items can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii street addresses. Available shipping options will appear at checkout when you enter a shipping address.

  • Shipping Internationally
    While the majority of the products on our website can be shipped internationally, we are not able to ship all of the products internationally. Please contact us at info@FatPatsShakers.com to inquire whether or not the product(s) you are interested in purchasing can be shipped internationally and for the shipping cost.

  • Signature Requirements
    Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $700.

 

Shipping Rates

FatPatsShakers.com charges a single flat fee for each shipment plus an additional fee for the weight of each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the Checkout order form before you submit your order. Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:

(Per Shipment Cost) + (All Per Item Weight Costs) = Total Shipping Fee

  • For orders being shipped to street addresses in the Continental U.S., the per shipment and weight costs are as follows:
    Per Shipment: $9.95
    Per Weight (lbs): $0.80

  • For orders being shipped to street addresses in Alaska and Hawaii, the per shipment and weight costs are as follows:
    Per Shipment: $9.95
    Per Weight (lbs): $3.00


Shipping Carriers, Methods & Estimated Delivery Dates

 

We typically ship via UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service or using one of the many freight carriers (i.e. R&L Carriers, Roadrunner Transportation, etc.). Depending on the quantity of item(s) you purchase, we will choose the most appropriate delivery method(s) for your shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. So if you place an order, your total delivery time would be 1 to 2 business days (processing time) + 3 to 5 business days (average shipping time). Using this scenario, your package should be delivered between 4 to 7 business days after placing your order.

 

The shipping methods we use are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 business days after being shipped)
    Most items shipped to the 48 contiguous United States are shipped via Standard Delivery.

  • Standard Freight for large orders (14-21 business days)
    The delivery company should contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour time frame for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery. The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. The total charge does not include inside delivery, or removal of cartons. When your order is delivered, immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur please contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by calling 1-844-888-8888. It is not necessary to contact customer service if the box is damaged, but your product is acceptable. Please visit Your Account area for answers to questions about your order. Other Important Shipping Information

  • Advanced Sale Items
    Advanced Sale Items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. An Advanced Sale Item you order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your Advanced Sale Item via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Expected shipment time (for example, "Advanced Sale: buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the Product Detail Page. Please note, expected shipment times appearing on the Product Detail Page specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

  • Tracking your order
    At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear in Your Account along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

  • Finding your order status
    There are 3 easy ways you can find the status of your order:

    • 1) Check your email. You were required to enter an email address during Checkout, so you will receive emails to keep you up-to-date about the status of your order.

    • 2) Visit FatPatsShakers.com. Come back to our website and sign in for Your Account order history where you will be able to view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.

    • 3) Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via email at info@FatPatsShakers.com.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

FatPatsShakers.com 30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase on FatPatsShakers.com. If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased from us, you may return the product (unless it is is listed in the "Return Exceptions" section below) within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping charge and any applicable manufacturer restocking charge. The product must be returned in new, unused and/or unopened condition in original boxes and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit. After the product has been received and inspected by the manufacturer, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price less the original shipping charge and any applicable manufacturer restocking charge. The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer. If you'd like to know if the manufacturer(s) of the product(s) you are interested in purchasing requires a restocking fee for returned merchandise, please call or email us before purchasing.

 


Damaged or Defective Products

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@FatPatsShakers.com. Please provide us with the order number and product number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, please take pictures and contact us immediately at info@FatPatsShakers.com. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the original shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

 


Returning a Product

 

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed return instructions for all returnable products. Please refer to the packing slip instructions when returning an product. If you need further assistance please contact us at info@FatPatsShakers.com for instructions on how to correctly return an order or how to arrange a freight delivery pickup for your products. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. To receive credit, products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
